I CARE Campaign

Menstrual Health, Dignity and Equality for Every Girl.

Overview

I CARE. Every Period Matters.

The I CARE campaign promotes menstrual health, dignity, awareness, and access to practical menstrual care. Through #icare_power_period, the campaign encourages communities to recognize menstruation as a normal part of life and to support women and girls with knowledge, respect, and essential resources.

Menstruation should never be a source of shame or a barrier to education, participation, or opportunity.

The campaign brings attention to menstrual health needs, challenges stigma, and encourages individuals, communities, institutions, and partners to take part in building a more informed and supportive environment.

What the Campaign Stands For

  • Menstrual health education and awareness.
  • Dignity, privacy, and respect for women and girls.
  • Access to practical menstrual products and information.
  • Community participation and shared responsibility.
  • Advocacy for policies and systems that support menstrual health.
